How does pricing work?
Firm setup is $2,500 CAD one time for onboarding, infrastructure and customization. After setup, the fee is $100 CAD for each personal or corporate tax return filed per year. A client with both types of return counts as two returns. Applicable taxes and service scope are confirmed in your agreement.
Can TaxPillar replace my existing subscriptions?
It can consolidate workflows you may currently run in separate time-tracking, signing and client-document tools. Compare your firm’s actual requirements, integrations, signing needs and contract terms before replacing Karbon, DocuSign, Adobe or another service. We do not claim full feature parity.
Does automation replace my accountant or bookkeeper?
TaxPillar is designed to reduce routine manual work and increase capacity. It does not remove the need for qualified professional judgment, review or approvals. Staffing impact depends on client volume, complexity and your current workflows.
Are the interactive demonstrations real client data?
No. All demo clients, financial figures, invoices and signatures are fictional. Downloads are labelled sample documents. AI CPA form retrieval and client chat document attachments show a planned experience rather than a live feature.
